"Artículo 14. Del despacho de la carga del terminal para el interior. La carga que se despache del terminal para el interior, por la vía del Dique se cargará de los muelles o bongos por los Administradores a los buques fluviales. En caso de que esté autorizado el servicio de carga directa, la mercancía se pasara, directamente de los barcos marítimos a las embarcaciones fluviales.
