Responsabilidades de los trabajadores y contratistas. Los trabajadores y contratistas deberán

Velar por el cuidado integral de su salud.

Participar en las actividades de identificación del riesgo, prevención del consumo, abuso y adicción a las sustancias psicoactivas.

Asistir a las actividades programadas por el empleador o contra tante.

Participar de las estrategias para la prevención de problemas y/o trastornos mentales.

Seguir las recomendaciones emitidas por el médico general o especialista, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SGSST).
