Los Jefes de las Secciones 2, Caja; 3ª, Intendencia, y 4ª, Proveeduría, son responsables ante la Contraloría General de la Republica del manejo de los valores, materiales, víveres, y demás elementos que manejen, y por tanto están obligados a rendir sus cuentas comprobadas a dicho Departamento y a prestar la fianza por las cuantías que les fije el Contralor General de la Republica, de acuerdo con las disposiciones del Código Fiscal.
