Artículo Tercero. La elección de miembros de las Cámaras de Comercio sólo podrá recaer en comerciantes que tengan el carácter de afiliado o que pertenezcan a firmas afiliadas a la misma Cámara.

Parágrafo

En las Cámaras de Comercio en donde no existan afiliados, la elección para miembros de la Junta Directiva solo podrá recaer en los comerciantes que estén inscritos en el Registro Público de Comercio.
