Término para la entrega voluntaria de armas. Toda persona natural o jurídica, nacional o extranjera de manera voluntaria podrá entregar las armas de fuego fabricadas, hechizas, artesanales, legales o irregulares, de uso privativo de la fuerza pública o traficadas, así como sus partes esenciales, accesorios esenciales o municiones, por un término de doce (12) meses prorrogables hasta por el mismo periodo de tiempo contado a partir de la vigencia de este decreto.
