Artículo tercero. Los funcionarios que continúen prestando servicios en cargos cuya nomenclatura y grado ocupacional no se modifica por este Decreto, no necesitarán nueva posesión.

Parágrafo

Los empleados que ocupen cargos cuya nomenclatura y grado ocupacional se modifica, no necesitarán llenar, para la posesión, otra formalidad que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre nacional equivalente a la diferencia de la remuneración correspondiente.
