Programas de ajuste. Las entidades que no se encuentren cumpliendo los porcentajes antes mencionados a la fecha de vigencia de este Decreto, deberán convenir con la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud un programa de ajuste con una duración no superior a seis (6) meses para el cabal cumplimiento de los porcentajes mencionados.
