º Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º del Decreto 3746 de 1982, asimílense a dividendos los rendimientos provenientes de Fondos de Valores administrados por sociedades anónimas, comisionistas de bolsa y de fondos de diversión. Cuando un Fondo de Inversión o Fondo de Valores acredite que , durante el respectivo año gravable, mantuvo no manos del ochenta por ciento (80%) del valor total de sus inversiones mobiliarias, tomadas al costo, en acciones de sociedades anónimas abiertas, los rendimientos que reciban sus suscriptores se tendrán como provenientes de sociedades anónimas abiertas.
