Los funcionarios o empleados públicos y los particulares que intervinieren o que deben intervenir en la formación del censo o en las diligencias de división, que no cumplieren o cumplieren tardíamente alguna de las obligaciones que les correspondan por esta Ley u otra cualesquiera que con el objeto de ella se relacionen, serán penados con multas de cincuenta a doscientos pesos, por el solo conocimiento que tenga de su falta, el quedaba imponerlas o por queja verbal o escrita de un interesado.
