Los certificados de depósito y los bonos de prenda pueden ser cedidos por endoso, juntos o separadamente. El endoso del bono solo equivale para el cesionario a la prenda de la mercadería. El endoso del bono solo equivale para el cesionario a la prendada la mercadería. El endoso de solo el certificado confiere el derecho de disponer de la mercadería con la condición de pagar el crédito que el bono garantiza.
