SELECCIÓN DE SUBOFICIALES COMO ALUMNOS DE LAS ESCUELAS DE FORMACIÓN DE OFICIALES. Por necesidades institucionales los Comandantes de Fuerza, podrán seleccionar dentro del personal de suboficiales, a quienes por sus condiciones militares, experiencia y conocimientos puedan ser preparados como oficiales en las respectivas escuelas de formación, los que sean aceptados para ingresar como alumnos, pasarán en comisión de estudios por el tiempo de duración de los correspondientes cursos.
