Mientras se organizan definitivamente las dependencias del nuevo Ministerio de Fomento, se encargarán de la Secretaría General el doctor Luis Carlos Sárasti Aparicio, actual Secretario General del Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos; de la Sección de Contabilidad, el señor Carlos Martínez Cabana, actual Jefe de Presupuesto y Contabilidad del mismo Ministerio; de la Sección de Pagaduría el señor Tomás E. Mier, actual Cajero Pagador del mismo Ministerio; de la Proveeduría y Almacenes, el señor Enrique Quiñones Olarte, actual Almacenista Proveedor del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias.
