ARTICULO 32. Adecuación de la Estructura Interna y de la Planta de Personal. - La Junta Directiva de FONADE procederá a determinar las modificaciones a la estructura y a la planta de personal, que sean necesarias de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente Decreto, dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la vigencia del mismo. La planta de personal que se adopte entrará a regir para todos los efectos legales y fiscales a partir de su publicación.
