Curso para ascenso a Teniente de Fragata . Los Tenientes de Corbeta del Cuerpo Ejecutivo de la Armada, para ascender al grado de Teniente de Fragata, deberán adelantar y aprobar un curso que se denominará "Inicial de Capacitación", con una duración mínima de doce semanas. La programación académica correspondiente a este curso debe ser expedida por el Comando de la Armada y aprobada por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.
