Adiciónase la primera liquidación del Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio económico de 1899 y 1900 con la suma de $ 416,000, imputable así: DEPARTAMENTO DE FOMENTO CAPÍTULO 36 Vías de comunicación y otros gastos de Fomento Art. 283 C. Para legalizar lo gastado y cubrir los demás gastos que hayan de hacerse en terminar las gestiones de transacción entre el Gobierno de la República y el Concesionario del Ferrocarril de Buenaventura a Manizales, de que trata la Ley 41 de 1896 (parte del crédito implícito) $ 416,000 Dado en Anapoima, Departamento de Cundinamarca, á 30 de Septiembre de 1899.
