Artículo l°. La pena a que sean condenados los responsables de los delitos de cuadrillas de malhechores, hurto de ganados y robo, se sufrirá en la Colonia Penal que determine el Gobierno, mediante aviso de la condena respectiva, por el Juez de la causa.

Todo condenado por cualquiera de estos delitos queda sujeto a la vigilancia de las autoridades.
