Presentación de la prueba de origen o certificación de origen no preferencial . La prueba de origen expedida en el marco de un acuerdo comercial o la certificación de origen no preferencial que se presente como documento soporte de la declaración de importación, deberá ser obtenida antes de la presentación y aceptación de la declaración de importación y cumplir con los requisitos señalados en el acuerdo comercial de que se trate y en la reglamentación correspondiente.
