Personas y entidades autorizadas. Las Empresas de Medicina Prepagada, podrán promover la celebración y renovación de sus contratos a través de agentes, los cuales podrán ser personas naturales o jurídicas y deberán someterse a lo dispuesto en los artículos siguientes.
