Los individuos no colegiados que deseen ingresar a la Universidad, deberán obtener diploma de bachiller, previo examen especial en algunos de los establecimientos de educación secundaria, mediante solicitud que hagan al Ministerio de Educación, y además se someterán al examen de la matricula a que se refiere el Artículo anterior.
