Órganos de dirección y administración de la liquidación . La Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom en Liquidación tendrá como órgano de dirección un Liquidador. El Liquidador de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom en Liquidación será la Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A. quien asumirá sus funciones; a partir de la fecha de suscripción del correspondiente contrato.
