Artículo octavo. La retroactividad de las asignaciones ordenada por el artículo 16 del Decreto número 1912 de 19 de septiembre de 1973, no producirá reajuste a los pagos realizados por concepto de viáticos, horas extras y vacaciones compensadas, a partir del 1° de julio del presente año.
