El Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República proveerá los empleos creados en el presente decreto, de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes. Igualmente, se entenderán incorporados los servidores de la planta transitoria que se encuentren vinculados mediante el Decreto número 2624 de 2022 y aquellos que lo modifiquen.
