Art. 83. En los Institutos de instrucción secundaria de los Departamentos se darán, en lo posible, las enseñanzas de la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras. En aquellos en que se pueda efectuar la división de alumnos por edades, se harán dos secciones debidamente separadas: la primera, de niños menores de quince años, y la segunda de los que pasen de esta edad. En la primera se dictarán las mismas enseñanzas del Colegio Menor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario y en la segunda del Liceo Nacional, menos la de Taquigrafía. CAPITULO XVI DE LOS TEXTOS DE ENSEÑANZA.
