°. Propiedad del inmueble . El bien inmueble entregado en leasing habitacional deberá ser de propiedad de la entidad autorizada durante el término del contrato, derecho de dominio que se trasladará cuando el locatario ejerza la opción de adquisición, pague su valor y se cumplan las normas aplicables sobre tradición de la propiedad. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de que varias entidades autorizadas entreguen en leasing conjuntamente inmuebles de propiedad común mediante la modalidad de leasing habitacional sindicado.
