º . Objeto. Su objeto social será la identificación, planificación y promoción de soluciones energéticas integrales, viables financieramente y sostenibles en el largo plazo, para las zonas no interconectadas del país.

Parágrafo

Para efectos del presente decreto la Zona no Interconectada corresponde al área geográfica en donde no se presta el servicio público de energía a través del Sistema Interconectado Nacional - SIN; excluyendo el Departamento de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina.
