000) que se halla en Poder del Tesorero de la Junta del Centenario del Congreso del Rosario de Cúcuta, para la construcción del puente internacional decretado por la Ley 54 de 1919 , será destinada a las obras publicas que en el Municipio del Rosario de

Cúcuta se construyen para celebrar el referido centenario.

La distribución de esa suma entre las varias obras públicas de que se trata, corresponde hacerla a la citada Junta del Centenario.
