Para el registro y control de las operaciones que se realicen, con los recursos del Fondo, se llevarán los correspondientes libros auxiliares contables debidamente foliados, rubricados y sellados por la unidad fiscal, en los cuales se anotarán en forma permanente, secuencial y ordenada los movimientos contables con base en los comprobantes de ingresos y egresos.
