Competencia para avocar conocimiento . La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio podrá asumir directamente el conocimiento exclusivo de las investigaciones que se adelanten por los demás funcionarios competentes, en cualquier tiempo y en el estado en que se encuentren y podrá tomar las determinaciones que sean pertinentes, conforme a las disposiciones que rigen la materia, cuando las necesidades públicas así lo aconsejen para evitar posibles abusos en la aplicación de las sanciones o la impunidad de los infractores.
