LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.8.1.5.4. Registros Internos. Las entidades que se encuentren en capacidad de estructurar e identificar la información presupuestal relacionada con los gastos de personal y generales y de subprogramas de inversión, atendiendo a la clasificación contable de gastos de administración y de operación, los primeros, y de formación bruta de capital y gastos operativos, los segundos, pueden manejarla a nivel de registros internos, sin afectar el marco legal y general que rige para los efectos de la liquidación y ejecución presupuestal.mpresas públicas departamentales no financieras.
