Reporte al inventario turístico nacional. Los concejos y las asambleas deberán informar al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo de toda declaratoria de atractivo turístico que efectúen, con el fin de que sea incluido en el Inventario Turístico Nacional. Para este efecto, enviarán copia del acuerdo municipal, distrital o de la ordenanza departamental, por medio del cual se efectuó la declaratoria, una vez en firme el acto.
