Inversiones no autorizadas . Las sociedades que administren fondos de cesantías, sus directores, administradores, representantes legales y en general aquellas personas que se encuentren autorizadas internamente para negociar cualquier título valor deben abstenerse de realizar inversiones con recursos del fondo de cesantía en títulos emitidos, avalados, garantizados u originados por la administradora, las filiales o subsidiarias de la misma, su matriz o las filiales o subsidiarias de esta.
