Adiciónase el artículo 61 con el siguiente inciso final.

Si luego de adoptado un proyecto por la Junta Directiva del Instituto y publicado en la forma que establezca el decreto reglamentario se fraccionaren predios cobijados por tal proyecto, el ejercicio del derecho de exclusión y los pagos iniciales de las tierras que el Instituto haya de adquirir, se harán con respecto a los nuevos propietarios en la proporción que corresponda a la fracción que hubieren adquirido. Igual regla se aplicará en el caso del artículo 70.
