Entrada en vigor.

La presente Convención entrará en vigor el trigésimo día a partir de la fecha en que haya sido depositado el segundo instrumento de ratificación. Para cada Estado que ratifique la Convención o adhiera a ella después de haber sido depositado el segundo instrumento de ratificación, la Convención entrará en vigor el trigésimo día a partir de la fecha en que tal Estado haya depositado su instrumento de ratificación o adhesión.
