Artículo primero. Apruébanse los estatutos del Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares, cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 2 DE 1969 (mayo 13) por el cual se adopta el estatuto orgánico del Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares. La Junta de Directores del Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares, en uso de sus atribuciones legales, y en especial de las que le confiere el artículo 26 del Decreto-ley 1050 de 1968, acuerda:
