Igualmente el Ministerio de Educación Nacional queda autorizado para ajustar a las normas de este Decreto los planes y programas de las Escuelas Nacionales de Comercio, y para expedir mediante resolución los planes y programas de los Institutos Técnicos Superiores de Comercio.
