Los ceses que no se presenten para el reconocimiento dentro del término señalado en el artículo 2° de esta Ley, y los que fueren rechazados por la Corte quedarán sin valor, y ninguna autoridad podrá reconocerlos ni pagarlos sino mediante sentencia judicial definitiva que los declare válidos y ordene su pago.
