ARTICULO 152. Contratos especiales . De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 355 de la Constitución Política, el Distrito podrá celebrar contratos con entidades sin ánimo de lucro con el fin de impulsar programas y actividades de interés público acordes con los planes distritales y locales de desarrollo, con sujeción a los reglamentos que expida el Gobierno Nacional.
