La selección y nominación de nuevos servidores requeridos para la prestación del servicio, se sujetará en todo caso a las previsiones de las Leyes 30 de 1992, 749 de 2002 y 909 de 2004 y de las demás normas que las reglamenten, complementen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
