Programas para la formación de educadores. Con el fin de mantener un mejoramiento continuo de la calidad de los docentes, todo programa de formación de docentes debe estar acreditado en forma previa, de acuerdo con las disposiciones que fije el Consejo Nacional de Educación Superior, CESU, o el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, para el caso de las Normales Superiores.
