Actos de comparación. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en los artículos 11 y 13 de esta Ley, se considera desleal la comparación pública de la actividad, las prestaciones mercantiles o el establecimiento propios o ajenos con los de un tercero, cuando dicha comparación utilice indicaciones o aseveraciones incorrectas o falsas, u omita las verdaderas. Así mismo se considera desleal toda comparación que se refiera a extremos que no sean análogos, ni comprobables.
