A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto los empleos del área técnico-científica del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, ICA, se regirán por el sistema general de nomenclatura clasificación y remuneración establecido en el Decreto 1042 de 1978, para los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
