Habiendo sido llenados por el Colegio Tolimense, de Ibagué, los requisitos exigidos por la Ley 71 de 1946 , en sus artículos 1°, 2° y 3°, ordinales b), a),b), c) y b), respectivamente, o sean las normas establecidas por dicha Ley sobre planificación, en desarrollo del ordinal 20 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, destinase la cantidad de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000.00) como cooperación nacional para la construcción que adelanta el Colegio Tolimense, de su edificio en la Urbanización "Alaska", del Barrio Belén, en la ciudad de Ibagué.
