El personal directivo y administrativo del Fondo será provisto con empleados al servicio del Banco de la República, o con personas contrata as Esencialmente para este propósito, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el contrato suscrito entre el gobierno nacional y el Banco el día 10 de abril de 1967. Por períodos semestrales el Banco de la República liquidará las sumas que el Fondo le adeude por este concepto, incluídas las prestaciones sociales, las cuales serán pagadas con cargo a los recursos del Fondo.
