REQUISITOS PARA EJERCER MANDO EN EL EJÉRCITO. Para ejercer cualquier cargo de Comando de unidad en los diferentes niveles hasta unidad operativa, es requisito indispensable haber ocupado un cargo de mando inmediatamente inferior por un tiempo mínimo de un (1) año.
El Comando del Ejército, mediante resolución determinará los cargos de mando.
