El presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, deroga las. disposiciones que le sean contrarias y requiere para su validez de la aprobación por Decreto del Gobierno Nacional.

Dado en Armenia, Quindío a 12 días del mes de abril de mil novecientos setenta y siete (1977).
