Art. 4.o Antes de proceder a la venta de los lotes de terreno que la República tiene en el área de la ciudad de Colon, el Poder Ejecutivo hará rectificar las medidas de dichos lotes a fin de averiguar si efectivamente se le han adjudicado parte de las calles de la ciudad, y también para investigar si se le ha ocasionado algún otro perjuicio en esa adjudicación, con el objeto de que pueda hacer las reclamaciones a que haya lugar. El Agente postal de la ciudad de Panamá intervendrá en esas diligencias.
