° Los dineros que entregue el Gobierno Nacional Instituto de Crédito Territorial, en cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de la Ley 96 de 1962, se destinarán a la construcción de nuevas viviendas para periodistas que reúnan los requisitos establecidos en la citada Ley y en el presente Decreto.
