1º DE Enero 1º de mayo, 20 de Julio, 7 de agosto, 12 de octubre, 11 de noviembre y 25 de diciembre.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de trabajadores intermitentes, tendrán derecho al pago del salario del día de fiesta, siempre que hubieren trabajado en la misma empresa un mínimum de diez días dentro de los treinta días inmediatamente anteriores a aquel.
