Artículo sexto. La Superintendencia Bancaria aprobará, previo concepto del Instituto Nacional del Transporte, las pólizas y las tarifas de los seguros de que trata el presente Decreto, considerando, entre otros factores, el servicio al cual está destinado el vehículo automotor y sus condiciones particulares.
