Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de su promulgación, deroga el Decreto 001 de 1997 y se aplica a los procesos en curso a la fecha de entrada en vigencia, sin perjuicio de las actuaciones que se hayan realizado y los términos que hayan comenzado a correr bajo la vigencia del Decreto 001 de 1997, los cuales se regirán por dicho decreto.
